Beware of buying from DB Roth. Not only is this billed as an HTC OEM product which it’s not, but it also was supposed to include the car charger and an lanyard, which it did not. What a ripoff. I will be sending this back but am highly irritated that it’s not what I ordered. Definite violation of truth in advertising.

The AC adapter I received causes touch screen grounding issues that I do not have with the charger that came with my EVO. What some people are describing as “slow down” is actually the touch screen becoming unresponsive do to a charger with the wrong voltage, etc.

    **Update**
This is definitely not Model # U250 and the voltages etc are different than that of the U250. Buyer Beware.

Both of these plugs have a ground short. i.e. once a phone is plugged in the capacitive touch become inactive when using these chargers. I tried different wall sources, different wires, and different phones. The plug itself is creating a ground short on BOTH units I ordered.
